Workout starts with wall balls.
At the minute minute mark complete 5 deadlifts.

    WOD : 40 reps RX….then daily squats 🙂 .

  3. Worked on press for strength and then was distracted by the 14.2 participants. So, practiced my vocal encouragement, spelled out by some hand-clapping for intervals. Well done ladies!
