  2. WOW! What a crazy fun group at lunch today!

    Lots of folks doing the 14.2 WOD and setting PR’s all over the place. Very cool!

    WOD: 14.2- 116 Reps.

  3. Wod 1: walk to gym and avoid breakibg next on ice! 30mins

    Shoulder/back still recovering and struggling with overhead anything.. Sloow process!
    Used 55# for snatches.. They didn’t feel heavy, just hard. Haha! 51 reps total. Great 6am session. You girls rocked it!slash kicked my butt!
    Strength: Deadlifts 5×5 @125,
    daily squat up to 135#(current 1rep, needed spot as was gassed from the rest of this morning a activities)

  4. 14.2 again today for the 3rd time….first try 20 reps…next 2…19 reps….really thought I could get past the 10 c2b today….frustrating….next year I am all over C2B…hahah 🙂

    Awesome job by everyone with 14.2 today….huge PRs!!!!

  5. Managed to avoid 14.2 today, though I thought about it m=a few times.

    Strength: Push press at 65#
    WOD: 68 at 60#
