20 deadlifts, 225 / 155 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
25 deadlifts, 275 / 185 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
30 deadlifts, 315 / 205 lb.
15 box jumps, 24 / 20 inch
35 deadlifts, 365 / 225 lb.

  1. I was flying solo at 6am!! Glad to be back after 2 months off! I have a 45 lbs wt restriction on me for a while so…

    Strength:
    OHS. 35-45-45-45-45-45
    WOD. 8 burpees. My goal was to keep a pace under 2:30 where I’ve been away for bit and rowing was one of the activities that gave me symptoms. I was really happy I was able to keep a 220ish pace and even had enough has to go down to 205 for last 100. I finished rowing at 9:22 so not much time for burpees! I had no problems after the Wod at that pace!!! 🙂

  2. 10 minutes of 2000m row, AMRAP burpees. Did 36, should have pushed harder because SMAC got me by one damn rep. Great work man. Mark just destroyed 14.3 with 142!

  3. Worked on backsquats for strength @ 125#. WOD – back is still tight from 14.3 so did the row/burpee WOD and managed 22 burpees.

    Nice work by Mark and Natasha beating their scores for 14.3. Way to go!

  4. Strength, 5×5 @ 155# Over Head Squats

    WOD: 10 min cap, 2K Row, amrap burpees in remaining time. Row was about 7:30, got 37 burpees in.

    Got to watch a couple people kill the 14.3 workout. way to go gang.

  5. strength: push press @ 75

    did 14.3 with the weight changes just to see how I would do and got 122.

  6. Strength: OHS at 65#

    WOD: Though I wanted to redo 14.3, my hamstrings said no, so I compromised and did it at 155# instead of changing the weights. Got 103. Nice work 630!

  7. Strength -power cleans 115#

    16 burpees – got leg cramps around the 1600m mark and that really, really sucks.
    The down part of the burpees were really easy, it was the other half that slowed me down.
