7 burpees
7 Toes 2 Bar
7 Box Jump Over 24/20
7 Kettlebell Swings 55/35


  1. Strength: squat cleans 45lbs -thanks for the technique tips Amy!

    WOD 8:59. But subbed v-snaps for T2B. (I wasn’t sure if they would be considered lifting more than my 45lb restriction?). After wod, Amy and I decided they were not, so I did 5 sets of 4 T2B and then 5 sets of 3 T2B so I could still work on them. Liked this one! 🙂

  2. Strength: Worked on cleans and split jerk form at 85#. Started with 65 and almost threw it to the ceiling, twas lighter than expected.
    WOD: 9:19 RX! Toes 2 Bar were ever so slow, as were the burpees. Wasn’t feeling it today, but I’m happy I went in and got it done 🙂

  5. Great night despite doing 14.3 yesterday for a second time…

    Worked on Muscle ups…I expect to see them in the open in the next two weeks.

    Then did Split Jerk. PR by 15lbs at 160.

    Wod felt great. 7:26 Rx.
    Everyone did great!

  6. strength – worked on squat snatches at 95

    wod – 7:10 rx’d. not too bad, considering i thought i was going to die by round two. breathing was hard, im not closet to 100% and i had a sweet hacking fit post wod, but i’m glad i got the sweat on. great job 630.
