  1. Can’t make noon session today so have to cancel my spot. Doctors office just called to give me a cancellation aptm so I have to take it. Sorry

  2. Kept weights light over head today.. Upper back/shoulder still not 100%.. Strength: 65# push press. WOD: 8+6 with 65#

  3. Did some double unders and mobility work instead of strength today. WOD modified to do squat cleans instead: 7 rounds + 4 @ 100#. It was a small group today at lunch…everybody resting up for 14.4!?

  4. Did 6 rounds, then the shoulders politely whispered to stop. Happy to be able to do some overhead work.
