In teams of two complete the following in order for time:

50 Thrusters 95/65
75 HR Push Ups
100 Walking Lunges
200 Double Unders
100 AbMat Sit Ips
75 Kettlebells Swings (heavy)
50 Bar Facing Burpees

Note: Partners must hold a plate overhead while teammate is working.
If plate comes down the worker pauses until it goes back up.
