Strength 5×5

then

25 Burpees
then 3 rounds of:

  • 10 Deadlifts  275/185
  • 50 Double Unders

25 Burpees

The burpees bookend the 3 rounds for time.

    wod: 14:10? 135# deads, 25boxjumps instead of DUs

    Fun leg burner:) practiced DUs afterwards… If only I could string together more than 2.. Someday!

  7. Worked on backsquats at 105# for strength.

    Back sore from the T2B on Monday, so used the same bar for my deadlifts. Getting better at touch and goes! 11:16.

    Worked on kipping and some more DUs afterwards. Nice work 630!
