    WOD 1 = 5+5 (pushups from knees – someday I’ll do the big girl kind, if my scapulae cooperate).
    WOD 2 = 5+3 with 55# cleans and v-sits (that’s what I call them – v-snaps with bent knees?)

    Extra points for almost doing full-on face-plant on box jumps. No shin injury – slightly sprained my dignity. \m/

    The 12 o’clock crew taught me about counting cards today! (wait, that’s not right…). Counting WITH cards. 🙂

  5. Its been a while since I’ve commented in here, I need to make a habit of this again lol.

    Strength – Push Press up to 115#

    WOD #1 – 4 (24′ Box)

    WOD #2 – 3 + 5 Rx

    Wasn’t feeling good about my performance, so I stuck around and worked on Front Squats, almost PR’d but it wasn’t happening today haha.

    Rolled around on a lacrosse ball and did some Turkish get ups followed by a good stretch at the end

    Awesome job 4:30+5:30 crews!
