  1. I actually enjoyed this WOD, and I’m stoked I got through all 5 rounds with all DU’s! (I usually break into singles)

    Strength – Worked on strict press up to 145#

    WOD – 10:38 Rx!

    Cash Out – 2:55

    Nice and short, but a real burner!

    WOD : 4:43 Rx….felt good after 5 days away….Cash out V snaps were a bit of a disaster 🙂 not sure of time .

  5. strength 85# deadlift and I blew on the wod

    I don’t know my time but I did 35# thrusters to keep in light on the shoulder – I used to be able to do double unders – not so much anymore I could only put 5 together so opted for singles.
