  1. Nasty one! Whew, long time since a 20 min AMRAP! Worked on cleans @ 135 for strength. WOD – 5 rounds plus the run @ 125# PP, 55# KBS. Nice work everyone!

    deadlifts @115# for strength

    WOD – 5 rounds minus 1 kB! arrgh. 55# pp and 25# kb.

    probably would’ve have done better if i had eaten food. oh well live and learn.

  4. WOD : 6 rounds….75# PP …started with 35# KB but Amy made me switch to 40# ;). Not a huge fan of running but sooooo awesome to be outside!!!

  5. Strength: Snatches at 70#, with early elbow bends…
    WOD: 5+run and 3, with 60# PP, started doing full swings at 40#, switched to 35# then went back to 40# and did Russian swings, shoulder didn’t like it.

    Cash out – 3 rounds each of
    5 dips with a #2 band
    10 GHDSU

  7. Loved this one ! Love anything with running 🙂 I only got to complete 4 rounds because I had to take my little guy to the doctor so my workout was cut short 🙁 but I was still soaked ! Strength – back squats @95lbs . Every minute is tough but definately gets you warmed up! Great job everyone

  8. Strength – 255# deadlifts – felt really good – all touch and goes – should have added 20#

    4 + the run – 55# KB, 115# PP
    This got nasty real fast. I’m expecting more like this as the weather warms up.
