EMOM x 8, 2 Reps at 75%

then

AMRAP 20
6 Deadlifts 225/155
7 Burpee Pull-ups
10 Kettlebell Swings 70/55
200m Run (Down to stop sign and back)

    WOD 6 + 7 at 155lbs for deadlifts and 40 lb KB

  2. Strength: Worked Power Cleans, matched my current PR @ 205# for x2 reps.

    WOD: 6 Rounds Even, 225# and a 55# KB. Although, reading the WOD description now, i was only doing 6 burpee pull ups, not 7. oops…

  3. OHS with 35# bar – working on technique and not having numbness show up in my hands. 🙂 Success!

    WOD: 5 rounds, 105# deadlift, jumping pull-up with box, and 25# KB. Missed most of the burpees on the first round as the rack was really freakin’ crowded so I did a few extra jumping pull-ups as penance.

  4. Strength- Bar never touches ground until you complete. 1 Squat Clean, 1 Hang Squat Clean, 1 Push Jerk…
    135#, 155#, 185#, 205#, 225#.

    WOD 6+12 (I think)…

  5. WOD: 5 + 23 with 140# DL and 35 KBS.
    Worked on snatches at 70# afterwards. They feel good when I remember to open my hips!
    Nice work big 530!

    WOD – Just finished shy of 4 rounds, I started my last run when there was 20 seconds left.

    This was a burner.. I have a love/hate with the running but its an area I need to improve on, so I’ll take it!

  8. First wod back after 2 weeks of vacation…and I felt it.

    6+20 Rx’d

    Was chasing Pete and Keegan but didn’t succeed. My power clean PR made me feel better.
