  2. Strength – spent part of the time wondering where my brain was at, then Amy sang me “soft kitty” and all was good again. Practiced OHS with bar.

    WOD: 12:39 (I think?) at 65#. Which is good ’cause that’s an improvment on my clean rep weight by 10#.

    48 situps – woot.

  3. WOD : 13:43 Rx …… so tempted to take off some weight by round 3 but suffered through it 😉

    59 sit-ups …..huge crowd again at noon…..great job everyone!

    Going to rest up for the “Fling” on the weekend !!!

  4. Only did 3 rounds, felt my back giving out so I listened. Did 80 situps.

  5. this was a fun one, nice way to end off the week pre fling.

    7:30 rx’d, still had quite a few breaks plus a trip to open up the garage door. i think sub 7 mins is possible

    69 situps.
