Strength 5x5x2


3 Rounds for time:

250 Row
15 Burpees
50 Double Unders

To be done in heats. Judge one another for practice.


  1. WOD: 8:50. Could have done better but got fetched up on my rope a couple times. Skipping was tough after the weekend that was Spring Fling!

    Strength: Ran out of time to do a proper full strength rotation, did about 10-12 strict presses @ 120#. I feel myself arching my low back too much on these, i need to drop down weight and rebuild proper form.

    Did about 6 Bar Muscle ups, and 1 Ring Muscle UP! FINALLY!!!!!

    Way to go power hour.

    • wtg brother. no doubt you could pull it out.

  2. Strength: Last week I decided I needed to PR my Power Clean. So I did! 130# up from 105# 🙂
    WOD: 13:08, nice work power hour! This one was gross.

  3. Strength – I loathe squat cleans so…Squat cleans @ 135,185,205,225,245…I still don’t like them! Ha.

    WOD – ;o)
    (Missed my start time on the stagger. Great Monday lung burner though.)

    Cash Out – Butterfly practice.
