    Squats for daily strength and 247 reps of daily WOD. I love the new bars for toes to bar and pull ups!! Amazing grip!! Great job on the KB upscale Char!!

    Did a mini version of the “airplane” with Meg on the T2B portion of this WOD. Such a bad/good idea! ;o)

    Did step ups and leg raises ( have to strengthen my antiabs 😉 )

    Deadlift 155lbs

  5. Daily squat. Then wod with the power hour. Box jump overs increased to 24″. Like Ray said, we played airplane on the T2B portion of the wod. Which caused me to lose count. Apparently I can’t remember 2 numbers at the same time 🙂

    Strength after work. Matched my split jerk PR at 160lb. Just couldn’t seem to get 165 up…looking forward to trying this again when I’m fresher post-spring fling. Practiced squat snatches cause they need work. Lots of work.

    Awesome effort by all the classes today!

    • Oh, and PR for bar muscle-ups…strung 3 together on the new Spealler bar. Love those things!
