Bar is not allowed to rest on the ground once you start. Full lockouts expected.

    75 the first 2 rounds
    85 the last 3 rounds
    Clean Complex:
    Got up to 105 completed complex then my grip was gone.
    I did 110 but put the bar down after power cleans before doing hang cleans so it doesn’t count.

  2. Back squats for strength 105#. Note to self – more next time.

    This WOD was hard to gauge. Let myself get a little freaked out by the increasing nature of the thing, and undershot. Highest weight was 65#. Meh.

  3. Strength: PR’d my strict press, up to 85#, +25#. I hadn’t done it since I joined in Feb 2013, so it was time.
    WOD: Started at 65#, made it up to 95#, failed with the jerk. Went back down to 90# then finished at 95#.

    My collarbone area is angry as this is the third time this week I do cleans… No pain no gain?

    Thanks for the push everyone, I LOVE this gym! 🙂

    WOD. Did too many rounds…(9) worked up to 90# this was a fun one!! Although I wish I increased the weight faster!

    SAD: 3×85#, 3×95#, 1×105, 1×115#, 1×125#, 2×135#
    (PR is 140)

    Strength: push press @ 85

    wod: score 105

    kind of liked this one, crunched my collar bone once, not bad… didn’t smack myself in the chin!!!
