  1. Now that it is summer I want to get serious about coming in as often as possible! I am looking for a 6am buddy for monday and Friday mainly because I don’t want to wod alone.

    I have started my own daily double under wod (100 for time) so I can get better at stringing them together. Today was 4:17 which wasn’t alot slow!

  2. Daily work on clean form. WOD 14:46 @ 115#. Hang cleans are so weak for me. Especially 80 in a WOD. Great work everyone, especially Adam for tackling this beast Rx.
