Parking At Gym

FYI

Client parking at gym is the back side of building and along water side.

The two parking spaces at railway entrance are reserved for owners and CURRENT coach of the evening.

Please respect this.

    Tried to use this multi movement exercise to knock off the traveling rust.

    Then got crushed by Coach Meg in the WOD! ;o)
