Holiday WOD

For Time:

25 Cal Row
50 Box Jump Overs
50 Deadlifts 185/135
50 Wall Balls 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Toes 2 Bar
400 m run

  1. 30:00 – 20″ box, leg raises were the mods for myself.
    First wall ball after deadlift was horrible.
    Then broke everything into sets of 5 and started moving better. Need to forrmulate plan earlier than mid WOD.
    Congrats to Eddie on completing his first WOD – this was a tough one.
