  1. First time taking on this one…..38:00…..did kipping pull ups instead of jumping….PUs took forever!!

    Two big workouts in 2 days…looking forward to a short&sweet one tomorrow… 😉

  2. Came in at noon not knowing what the WOD was and BAM!! another monster.
    Managed to get through the Good Morrnings before having to get back to work.
    I was at 27 and change when I stopped. Not sure what was worse another monster WOD or trying to stand after sitting through an hour conference call when I got back at work.

  3. Didn’t have time for strength, which might not be a bad thing based on how I feel today.

    This monster took me way too long, 50:50, RX with Kipping PU and ring K2E, as I felt my grip failing when I was on the bar.

    Nowhere to go but down!
