Partner WOD

Teams of 2. 20 min cap

200m Run/100 Double Unders
(One partner runs while other does the amount of double unders; then switch roles once completed)
50 Deadlifts 185/135 (sets of 5 each at a time then switch. Bar must be held at waist by non working person. Bar drops work stops)
50 Toes to Bar (both hanging from bar. 5 reps at a time then switch. If you drop from bar work stops. If leg raises, partner must still be hanging from bar for work to begin)
50 Burpees (5 reps at a time. Partner must hold plank: top of push up arms fully extended. Partner drops work stops.
200m run/100 Double Unders each switch. Same as above.
