Every minute on the minute, stop, do 5 Burpees, then carry on where you left off.

To upscale, do Wall Balls while wearing a weighted vest

    • As suspected, that sucked.

      90 Reps @ Rx’d with vest on for the full WOD.

      Such a dubious decision as the weighted burpee’s and deads were challenging as heck.

  4. I skipped the wall balls and deadlifts and just did burpees for 20 minutes. 226.

    • i like how your mod sucked more than the acutal wod, 20 mins of burpees, wow.

  5. Wow. So this was a shock to my body after a not so healthy long weekend away.

    Started to panic that I wasn’t going to finish in the 20min time cap. Big thanks to Mark for getting me through those last walll balls.

    Lots of bodies scattered on the floor after this one. Huge effort by the power hour today!

  6. that was fun, if your definition of fun is sucky.

    120 reps with a vest on the whole time @ 225. as expected my legs felt like jello after this weekends wods about 2 mins into it.

    great effort all.

    WOD : 127 reps….155# DL and 14# WB……happy that I am finally getting better at the WBs…but gawd those burpees….brutal….I was a sweaty mess after this one 🙂

  8. Strength: Clean and Jerks, started at 75# but Meg and I both agreed it was too light, so upped it to 85#.

    WOD: 137, 135# DL. I thought I might finish, but those dead lifts take a long time! First time in a very long time (minus the Open) doing 14# Wall Balls, yack.

    Cause Amy can see the “sucker” sign on my forehead, I also joined in on the odd numbered bootcamp class which included:
    Box Jumps
    100m sprints
    Burpees
    Med Ball Sit Ups 10#.

    Walking is over rated, right?
