  1. Great day to be outside running. Running was strong, epic fail day for me on the double unders. Score was 216. Oh well, still loved being outside.

  2. WOD : 210. ….the runs were my weakness for sure…….but it was awesome to be out today. Nice DU s Mr. Anderson ….100 + each round !!
