  1. MOD 20 GHD situps with 40 lb KB, 20 Pullups, 400 m run. Time was 13:56. That extra 40 lbs was nasty. Great work Power Hour.

  2. Strength worked up to 35# OHS with no shoulder pain. Big smile! 4 hours later still no ache. Bigger smile!
    18:14 – Leg raises and ring rows.
