    stregnth – opted for some snatch and complex work at 115 as my back was a little stiff.

  2. Big day today.
    Bright and early 6am 8km run (with Christian, Smac and Ray)

    Noon Wod: 9:45 Rx’d (legs weren’t happy with thrusters after the morning run…stupid thrusters)

    After work open water swim practice at Lily Lake (with Christian, Smac and Jeff)…we all survived!

    Now I’m eating a lot of food and going to bed 🙂
