Work up to a 3RM

  1. good burner right there.

    strenght – 75, 95, 115, 125

    wod – 15:59 rx.

    cash out – 23

    double cash out – skipping rope self mutilation.

    great job to a smaller power hour today.

  2. Strength: worked on CJ touch and go @ 135#. MOD 15:30 back squats, situps, KB swings. Shoulder fatigued and then pinched a little, 135 KB swings is a lot in one wod. Small but mighty crew Jeff!

  3. Strength: 85# which was my one rep max last time I tried it…

    WOD: A horribly long 24:11 with 75# for the first 2 rounds, then 70#.
    75# was too hard for my shoulder and elbow. Lesson learnt.

  4. Strength: kept it light at 85# just to see if I could hold weight overhead. Slow progress on shoulder.

    WOD: 15:06, modified with front squats & 45# KB swings. This was a tough one! Cashout – 18 T2B these suck with no kipping!!
