  1. Active Rest Day! Practiced OHS with Coach Meg (who crushed out a big PR!)

    OHS – 75×10,95×10,115×10,135×10,145×10,155×5,165×3,175×3.

    Small but mighty power hour today sweating out a nasty AMRAP. Great job everyone!

  2. Worked on OHS (my biggest goat!) with Ray at lunch. They are slowly starting to be slightly less horrible for me. Ended up with a new PR at 140#. Only had time for 1 attempt at 145# and failed. I was rushed because I had to get back to work…pretty sure I can squeeze that out next week when I have more time. Awesome effort by a small power hour today who did the wod!

    Evening : 8km Rockwood Park run with Smac, Christian, Hanson and Karen (pretty sure it was longer than 8km cause we got lost a few times). Followed by a jump in the lake because it was soooo hot.

    Then did a 13km bike.
