Rx – 2K Row
Sc – 1K Row
Beginner – 500m Row

Then

10 Rounds
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Pistols (Alt Legs)

Cash out:
Tabata Handstand Holds
8 Rounds. 20 secs full extension/10 sec rest

Goal is to keep body off wall. Open hip. Only heels touching wall.

    WOD : 11:10…pistols felt good, used abmat and 10lb weight for HSPU. Tabata handstand holds were a bit of a disaster for me 🙂

    Great job 5:30 crew!!!

    WOD: 12:31; knees on box for HSPU (first time – woot), pole support for pistols.

    Tabata handstand holds were new as well – fun evening. 🙂

    Yay 6:30!
