  4. Travel WOD at Crossfit New Haven

    Strength. Back Squats 5,5,3,3,1,1.

    Up to 300# in socks as packed my running shoes on this trip. I’ll run tomorrow…Maybe. Ha.

    Did full pushups today for very first WOD! They weren’t fast, but they weren’t from my knees either. 🙂

  6. Light weight HPC’s – 95# – concentrated on technique – no shoulder issues

    8 rounds – happy that shoulder did not have any issues.
    Knees were an issue and did step ups
