  1. WOD : 15:27, used 75# OHS and switched to ring rows in second round as I am babying my hand from Mondays T2B :).

    This was a tough one this morning….Huge morning crew though, great job everyone!!!!!

  2. After a week of tough work my arms are jello. I was slow as sin through this WOD.

    Strength. X10 at 95#- 105#- 115#

    WOD was 15:?? RX’d.

    Looking forward to some rest days.
