Here’s what our schedule will look like beginning in Sept.
We will be introducing our youth program – 45min sessions.
We are rebranding our Boot Camp to Kickstart…a lighter version of our programming. No bars.
We begin a consistent Skills & Drills session for those already proficient with the various lifts.
Comp WOD links for the time the COMP WOD participants will join the daily MetCon.
And the weekend schedule.
