  1. WOD – 17:40 with 145# deadlifts

    My burpees became squats with my friendly wallball for part of the last set because my noodle arms were squalling from last evening’s WOD.

    Cash out – tabata sit-ups; 59?

    Some other brave souls did max plank, but my back said, “we will not support your core just now”.

  2. Didn’t make it in today (I slept in lol) But I made time at home for and at home WOD

    Scored a 13:02, beat my previous time from October by almost a minute! (13:58)
