  1. Strength: Started at 65#, made it up to 105#, 25# PR!
    WOD: Did 20# goblet squats instead of front squats due to a wonky knee.
    6 + 17
    Cash out: 20

  5. Strength – started at 65# for push press and ended up at 100# for a new PR (up 15#). May have been a bit more, but ran out of time…

    WOD – 5 rounds + 17 (my new full push ups are S.L.O.W), Rx

    Cash out – 20

  6. 145# Push Press – matched PR but was not looking to move it and risk a problem. Happy to match without realizing it.
    4 + 2 – 65# and took my time on push-ups – lots of time to improve – nothing happens overnight.
    I said I did 11 burpees over bar but MP counted 14 and she is always right, lol.

  7. didnt’ get strenght or the cash out in as i coached but i did sneak the wod in at the end of the night

    9 + 14 rx’d. thanks for the push for those that stuck around. its a different mentality when your going it alone. hah.
