  1. FS @ 135, 145, 155, 165, 175. WOD @ 135#, 9:56. Ended with a 1 km run and 2 min plank with 10# plate. I love Friday WODs, great work Power Hour!

    Cleans are getting better….I think?! Gah.

    Cash out – 45s plank, rest, then another 20s. Plank needs some work. 🙂
