Squat Therapy – Wall Squat
EMOM x8 – Sets of 5 controlled squats
Try to get toes as close to wall as possible.

AMRAP 8
8 Kettlebell Swings 55/35
16 One Arm Overhead KB Lunges

Rest 1 Min

AMRAP 4
4 Toes 2 Bar
8 Supermans (2 sec count out loud)

  5. WOD: 5+8Rx’d. Those lunges on my left arm felt like a spaghetti noodle. Got 7 rounds on the T2B / Supermens. Not gonna lie, after looking at the other scores on the board i think i may not know how to count to 2 properly.

    Strength: Worked on OHS”s, sets of 5 all with a pause at the bottom before coming up. 75 – 95 – 115 – 135 – 155 – 165 – 175 (only got 3 @ 175#). Then worked on some heavy snatch pulls, as well some pistol work.

  6. Not sure what I did to deserve “squat therapy”….

    WOD1: 5 rounds with 25# (wasn’t sure about shoulder stability for the lunges, but things were fine and I would probably up the weight next time).

    WOD2: 6+4 with leg raises.
