Deadlift
Work up to a heavy single – Proper Form is priority

Odd: 30 Double Unders/Singles x2
Even: 5 Deadlift

If you haven’t completed required work before end of minute you change to next movement.

  1. Worked on OHS instead of DL. All rounds unbroken except 3rd. Then joined the comp wod. Wow, that was tough today.
