    WOD: 7:43 Rx’d. I was chasing Amy’s time. I dropped the ball 4 times in the 20s…yhat was my lost 10 seconds. She got me by 9.

    Good job crew. Burner.

    • What you don’t know is that she took about a minute break in the squat cleans…Due to a little neck issue! LOL!

    A toughie! I can definitely feel when I haven’t been to the gym for a while. It hurts a little more.
