Push Press – 10-8-6-4-2
Start at approx 50% and build up weight by a consistent amount each set

For Time: (20 min cap)
Using 95/65
20 Deadlift
20 Hang Power Clean
20 Front Squat
20 Push Press
20 Overhead Squats

~ * Every minute stop and do 5 Burpees

  2. Push press – 55#, 65#, 75#, 85#, 95# with Deb.

    WOD – 11:28, OHS@55#

    Thought I had this, but got the 65# weight up for OHS and there was so much woobling I thought, no way I can squat with this. In favour of better technique, dropped down to 55# and finished up.

  3. Strength : worked up to 105#

    WOD : 11:?? used 65# until the last 4 OHS, went down to 55#. OHS killed me today ;(

    Great noon crew..lots of new faces!!

  4. Strength: back squats up to 225#. A ton of reps to get there.. Probably too many.

    WOD: 9:52 upscale to 115#. I was rocking till the push press. Then my shoulders melted off my body.

  5. 3 x 500m rows – 1:58 avg.
    feeling much more relaxed doing these – 21 s/m
    95/115/135/145/155 – new PR on second one did not drive up enough and did not complete.
    14:00 – 65# until OHS – taking no chances with shoulder used 35# bar – last 10 used dowel as wrist gave out.
    I hate burpees – that is all
