  4. Skipped strength today…worked on synchronized Turkish get-ups and single leg glute bridges with Scotty U. Looks like we’ve been getting similar prescriptions for our ailments! 🙂

    WOD: 12:50 with 225# for deads, pushups off the box

  5. 5:50am : 5km run with Chris and Smac followed by 1km swim with Chirs, Smac and MJ.

    Noon: strength 5×5 @ 220#

    Wod 17:57 Rxd. Managed to get through all of the strict hspus with an abmat! Last 2 rounds of them were slow going but I’m really pumped I didn’t need to bring the abmat in. Big thanks to Brit and Natasha for the encouragement 🙂
