24 One Arm KB Lunges 55/35
(1/2 each side. Lunge with both sides)

  2. Strength – back squats at 115#

    WOD: 11:40 with 25# KB and some sort of leg raise thingy on the bar. 🙂 First time working with the bar and bodyweight though as opposed to leg raises….fun.times.

    Spent some time being jealous of Meg and Kara and their colour-coordinated outfits. Just sayin’.

  3. Worked on mobility instead of strength today – mostly shoulders & hammies. WOD – 12:30 kept it light with 75# thrusters & 35# KB. Nice work Power Hour!

  4. Strength: Paired up with Carol to do 115# back squats, did two rounds and two reps then my legs said no, so I did some quick lacrosse ball rolling before the WOD.
    WOD: 14:29 I think. With 55# and 25#. My shoulders and traps did not like this one at all.

    It’s nice to work out with the Power Hour from time to time!

    WOD : 12:06 Rx’d, lunges were tough today .
