2-4-6-8-10 Chest 2 Bar Pull Ups

20 Sit Ups after each round

  1. Noon WOD: 7:40Rx’d. First time ever the sit-ups were my slow move.. once i got to 50 i really slowed down. Tried to keep up with Matt at the start.. but he blew past me in no time. Way to go bud!

    Evening WOD: did a 10-1 front squats @ 155# with a 200M row between each set . Chris and I hit this one and finished 12:24.

    Great day! Rest day in my future!

  2. WOD – 8:53 with green band for pull-ups.

    Starting to use the bar instead of ring rows and other modifications…is hard.

  3. Mobility – lacrosse balls and foam rollers…Ouch!

    WOD – Shoulder still wonky so,

    10-10-10-10-10 – Burpee’s
    10-10-10-10-10 – Med ball cleans
    20 sit ups after every round

    Got to watch one of the new kids do ultra strict muscle ups…Look out Chris!
