    Think kb needs to be heavier, but my grip needs work. Never feel like I have that thing….

  5. Joined SMAC for the FS work. Then 9:37 @ 65# (ran out of 70#). Smooth on all my movements today but slow on the burpees. I need to pick the pace up a bit there, a little too slow and deliberate.
