  1. Strength: Turkish Get-ups @ 35#. First time i’ve really done them with any volume so wanted to keep it light. got the hang of em and will add them to my routine.

    WOD: I was looking forward to doing this Rx’d but then Meg made me upscale. Chest 2 Bar / 30″ Box Jump Burpees & 135# Snatches. Scored 7+12.

    Score was 8+21

  3. Ah, my first Turkish get ups. Lovely. Not sure how many or how well, but I was holding 20#. 🙂 more practice required methinks.

    WOD – 8 + 15, green banded pull-ups, 65# snatches (75# felt yikky, but I think it will be okay soon….)

    Side note – is a green banded pull-up more likely to be a bird, or a toddler’s pants? So many questions.
