Maritime Mayhem Registration is open. It would be great to have lots of our community competing.
We also have a great need for volunteers.

  1. Strength – 65# press

    WOD – 2 + 29, need to work on my coordination for the squat cleans. Clean yes, squat no. 🙂 oh did this at 65# too, should have done 75#. Arrgh.

    Yay 200m. As much as I can yay for running.

  2. Strength at 55#, they felt good!
    WOD: 3+1 Rx+ 24″ box jumps.

    The 530 class kicked some ass today!
