  1. Strength @ 155#. I liked this pairing for strength. Helped focus on the hip drive.

    WOD: 14:46 Rx’d. What a workout! This is my favourite kind of WOD.

  2. Strength: Started @ 185# and worked up every set to 215#
    WOD: 16:05 Rx’d + 70#KB and 30″Box.
    I think i lost 5lb of sweat on this one.

    • Back in tonight for strength.

      5×5 dead lifts at 265#

      5×5 front squats at 195#

      5×5 back squats starting at 195# up to 235#

      OHS PR at 220#

  3. Stayed at 135 for strength, new shoulder mobility means I can shrug the weight a bit more now so working on rhythm. WOD 14:20 Rx. That was a sweaty mess.

    • Uh oh, 1 hour later and I have jelly legs.

    Liked this but took about 2 solid minutes to be able to breathe again at the end! 😀
