Deadlifts EMOM 6×3@75%

For time:

100 Squats
75 Burpees
50 Pull Ups
25 Thrusters 115/85

  1. Strength: 140#, though Sherri thinks they were too easy.

    WOD: 22:13; 70# for the thrusters.

    More of a mental workout, not bad!
    Nice job to the 630 crew!

  2. deadlifts felt good, forgot weight i used.

    wod 14:08 rx’d. a real good burner, and one i needed. haven’t pushed myself that hard in a while, (since neck injury), and i still took some rest. butterflies felt solid and thrusters were all sets of five. great job all.
