As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of
2 Rope Climbs
6 Front Squats 185/125
8 Burpees
24 Double Unders

  1. Strength: up to 70#, maybe could have made it to 75#, ran out of time.

    WOD: 3+36 95# front squats.
    Yay rope climbs! Clinging to it for dear life tires out the forearms. And shoulders. But I got em done 🙂

  2. Strength – Sent to detention by Coach Amy to work on push presses with 85# due to my inability to get “under the bar” on Saturday. That second dip thingy may have made things easier… 🙂

    WOD – 7 + 70 with bar rows, single skips, and 85#.

    Just me, Neil, and Brittany at lunch….good stuff folks. 🙂
