  1. Strength: Back Squats 5x3x1 @ 225#

    WOD – 10:45 @ Rx’d

    Wrist still cranky but nothing hurts when it’s a dead lift day!

    Got to hang out with a pretty cool little schmunchkin after while mom and dad took on the WOD after. Nice job guys!

  2. 6am : 5km run, 1km swim with Christian, Smac and Ashley

    Noon: worked my way up to sets of 140# power cleans for strength

    Wod: 10:26 Rxd. Loved this wod (minus the burpees)

    Awesome power hour!

  3. Strength: 115# felt heavy with my slow elbows.
    WOD: 16:13, 155# (highest DL weight in a wod), 50 double unders rather than row.

    Also got 40 du in a row, PR! 😀
