    WOD: 17:??
    Went light on this and had to switch to ring rows as my hands were chewed up pretty good after Monday. Nothing about this workout felt good!!

    Nice work power hour!

  2. Strength: 165# heavy but felt good.

    WOD: 17:02, 65# and pull ups.
    Awful.
