Start at 50% and increase by 10# every minute

21-15-9
Deadlift 225/155
Wall Balls 20/14

  1. Strength: 70# up to 130#, the bruises mean my elbows aren’t fast enough!
    WOD: 6:38 145# and a too light 10# WB.

    Then I pr’d my DUs 50, and my front squat 155#!
