    Pretty pumped to have finished this one. did it a few weeks ago and couldnt get through the second set of thrusters. Good day in the box!

  4. fun wod, better the second time.

    try 1 – rx’d. i was “pressured” into this wod by amy…as she asked me once. made it to 3 thrusters of the second set. so 21 reps in couplet b. lots of improvement to be had, and shoulder wasn’t feeling the weight.

    try 2 – scaled – 6:20. felt good.

    great job to the evening classes.
